Sichuan Jiuyuan Huantong Power Source Co., Ltd., established in July, 1994, is an enterprise converted from military property to civilian-oriented and sole-funded by Chinese Academy of Engineering Physics (CAEP) electronic engineering research institute. Our company references and transplants the technology of producing military use high-energy batteries from Electronic Engineering Research Institute, with the introduction of the world advanced equipments for production, detection, environmental protection and analysis and assay. We give priority to the development and manufacture of VRLA Batteries and Starting-type Lead-acid Batteries. Both of them have favorable advantages like big specific capacity, minimal internal resistance, long cycling life, low self-discharge, steady performance and environment protection benefit. After many years of business running, our company has made a solid foundation for our survival and development in the aspects of technology development and control, quality certification, staff quality, environmental protection, market coverage, etc.

According to the Central Government rules, some reforms were carried out in the enterprises which converted from military property to civilian-oriented by CAEP. Because of our property which is offered with powerful technical support through the technology investment, we injected vigor for our technology and continuous improvement, and led our company to a better developing road by CAEP.

Our company has achieved connection of telecommunication equipment for the record registration certificate (issued by Information Industry Department), the National Industrial Production License and ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System Certification issued by State Administration for Quality Supervision and Inspection and Quarantine, and has established a good foundation for business management and market exploitation.

Our company is located in the economic experimental zone of Youxian District, Mianyang City. Our floor area covers more than 33 acres, and the construction area is about 6000 square meters, with the fixed assets of 40 million Yuan (about USD6 million). Our annual production capacity has reached 200000KVAH.

The two main brands of batteries our company develops are named Yili and Jiuyuan, with three different specification series below:

(47 ~ 120Ah)/12V Starting-type Maintenance Free Batteries

Our products above have active demand in Provinces like Sichuan, Shanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Guangdong, Yunnan, Guizhou, Inner Mongolia, Tibet, Chongqing, etc., and are extensively used as starting sources for motor vehicles.
